The 2013 RIBA Award winners were recently announced - and a project honored with the South West Wessex National Award has been around since the 2nd century. The Chedworth Roman Villa, owned by the National Trust, is a preserved Romano-British building in the heart of the Cotswolds. Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios created a masterplan of the ruins that updated conservation efforts and highlighted the remains in a new and abstract way, earning the project the attention and the architectural honor it deserves.
