This car was designed to carry two people at freeway speeds 0f 70 mph and to deliver over 140 mpg while doing so, it dose just what it was designed to do, so what's wrong with this concept?, show me any other car in the world currently capable of doing this for 40,000 bucks, this car will go 120 miles before needing to charge, it also has its own on board 20 kilowatt generator on board so you don't need to stop and recharge, again I ask, show me another car in the world that can do this, and if you yourself have not actually built a car capable of even half this you really should keep your negative comments to your self, the guys at FVT have proven it can be done and deserve recognition for there efforts, not criticism.

For a transportation vehicle it is not very efficient, carrying only one or maybe two passengers does not do much for transporting people efficiently for the cost of the vehicle and power to run it.
