Here’s an idea that seems obvious in its simplicity, yet is executed in such a lovely way that it merits a second look. 366cm’s Millésime is half a wine bottle – turned into a candlestick with a clean slice and an added aluminum piece. While this might not sound groundbreaking, the craft with which this recycled wine bottle is cut, polished and refurbished elevates the candlestick far above the sketchy college-dorm version of the same thing. I think 366cm should be talking to the Transglass peeps, about potential adding this piece to their gorgeous line of recycled wine-glassware.
