		<description>with all due respect, I was deeply disappointed when I read this article and found no reference to Montreal&#039;s bixi program, especially knowing that the bixi concept is the program being sold and implemented in all of the above mentioned American cities as well as other cities abroad.</description>

		<description>This is a wonderful article!  Here in Toronto, our mayor actively fights against bicycles in the city and wants to spend city money to erect a useless ferris wheel on the lake front. We do have a bike share system but it&#039;s nothing compared to the one&#039;s you&#039;ve featured.  It&#039;s articles like this that show what makes a world-class city.</description>
