Love this! I've been hearing a lot about eco-friendly skivvies lately. I get this newsletter called BeThree and they talked about these undies and also natural lube for women, which I think is a great idea.http://bethree.com/2008/02/12/belovin-week-im-bringing-sexy-back/

Bamboo underwear is way better than organic cotton, moisture wicking, antibacterial (good for women prone to UTIs and yeast infections ;)

Fred Thompson-

If you actually took the time to read the article above you would see that NONE of the above products are made in third world countries and shipped overseas. American Apparel is made in the U.S., MYA is made in France, Enamore is made in the UK. The only possibly suspect brand above might be Victoria Secret, and that line isn't even out yet. Nice use of the made-up word 'finestest' though!

Hows that campaign going?

Very sexy, nice concept. However, how is this considered "green deign" or "sustainable" when many of the brands listed above are made in third-world countries where there are no regulations and then the products are shipped (via) cargo ship across the pacific ocean, burning thousands upon thousands of fossil fuel in the process. Greenwashing at it finestest. Mass consumption will never be considered sustainable!

Love the stuff, I need to forward onto my husband so he can give me some. I own a surf company and we make all of our knits from Organic Cotton. Check it out. Love AuH20Designs.com ... just checked it out. Thanks.

A friend of mine, Kate, has a recycled clothing line, sold at her store in New York City, AuH2ODesigns.com. She literally recycles clothing to create a new, sustainable fashion.
