		<description>Any clue as to what companies like this are doing to improve their other buildings efficiencies that they are currently still using?  Building greener buildings just makes sense, but renovation of existing buildings to improve their CO2 emissions, reduce costs and maximize use is also worthy of some of their profits.</description>
