Every year the American Institute of Architects profiles the best green projects of the year. For 2010, the selection is truly diverse, and offers an opportunity to see that great green architecture is happening across every aspect of the building sector. So what caught our eye this year? All of the projects the AIA chose show remarkable achievements in the areas of community, bioclimatic design, daylighting and air quality, good use of healthy materials, and great design for adaptability, versatility, and durability. In other words, everything that you would be looking for in a kick ass green architecture project.
