    Dear Gedule,

    You are right. Unfortunately there are many empty office buildings in that area. Important to realize is that project like this are being developed long before crisis started. Besides that our company is not developing any real estate. We were asked to create an Eco Chic concept for this hotel, trying to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible, without loosing any esthetics or quality.

    I agree with you that empty office should be fully used, concepts like Urban Farmers are great example of making usage of these situations.

    The choice to build from scratch when there are so much empty office buildings (within the area) isn’t really sustainable no matter the material of the pillows.
