Lets keep the money, jobs and technology here. Ok it is 250 jobs to build foreign products. HS rail could be a real American stimulus package or it could stimulate our industrial rivals. It is certainly the safe and green way to go. No one find fault with our Asian and European friends when they do such things but when we do it, we are evil (what a double standard).
