Just curious, is this an Internaitonal competition?...Are non-Americans/non-Canadians eligible for submitting entries and eligible for winning a prize?.

I read the Eligibilty section of the official rules and it did not mention anything about nationality issues.

So are non-Westerners allowed to participate?

Please reply as soon as possible, hopefully before July 31
