i can see this as potentially *awesome* for folks confined to a wheelchair (with a bucket of safety precautions),  but it&#039;s not at all green.  it&#039;s conspicuous consumption of a very spendy toy.  it&#039;s *REALLY* cool, but does not qualify as &quot;green design&quot;</description>

		<description>A device like that can promote underwater ecotourism the battery is rechargeable, all you would need to do is install a set of solar cells and you&#039;ve got yourself a good little business.  Also by introducing people to the actual close up tours of reefs and the underwater depths, you could be helping to change attitudes about pollution and its effects on our environment. As for the expense, most things are a bit pricey when the first come out, but they will come down in price.</description>
