For years we’ve reported on Steven Holl‘s new projects popping up all over the world, and now we’re happy to report that the architect is returning to the Big Apple, bringing with him a striking new design for Columbia University. The beautiful new building will be christened Columbia’s new Campbell Sports Center, creating five stories of sustainable space for sports and recreation. The center is planned to open in the fall of 2012 — just in time for a great sports season!
