		<description>Yeah, just park that personified fence in-between a couple of shrubs and others could lock their bikes to it.  But to be more practical make a bike that puts a person head first, on their stomach and looking down in a relaxed position while using some kind of heads up display, probably with mirrors to see forward. Oh, add a flywheel where a person could just plug it in at night, then in the morning or after work, they could just use that built up kinetic energy.</description>
