On display at BKLYN Designs this weekend, the Askew Table, from OSO industries is gorgeous, sturdy, and difficult to break! Why would that be, you may ask? Well, because the table is made from concrete.

I like your blog a lot.
I find it today .
I can only imagine a bachelor with too much money purchasing this.
Architecture Fan: Make that a bachelor with lots of muscles.
It might have a light aesthetic, but it is still pretty darn heavy!
Nice design… but concrete is too heavy. Why isn’t the weight of this design mentioned ? Take te same design and make it out of bamboo or some other wood… or plastic. Aren’t there lightweight concrete mixes that mix in styrofoam ?
I saw this table in person, and it is not heavy, believe it or not. Oso’s pieces are all very modular and moveable and multi-purpose. Don’t knock it til you have seen it!
what are the dimension of the table
and what is material of this table ?
