Australians Ditching Sunscreen and Risking Skin Cancer to Avoid Nanoparticles

Australia reportedly has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, so why are many Aussies opting to ditch their sunscreen? According to a recent study, 17 percent of the respondents down-under said they would rather risk getting skin cancer than wear lotions that contain nanoparticles. The results of the study highlight a growing concern about nanoscale products and the dangers they pose to public health.
