Tiny house company Humble Homes has released its second design aimed at increasing the accessibility of tiny houses, the BRV1. Unlike their previous design which contained a compact staircase to a sleeping loft, this home contains a sleeping area on the first floor. The home can be built on either a permanent foundation, or on a utility trailer, and the construction plans are available for £65/$102.

Tiny house company Humble Homes, recently released their newest design – the McG Loft. This house was designed to address the current issues surrounding tiny houses and accessibility, and they have created a more ‘all-inclusive’ home by introducing a staircase, as opposed to the ever-present ladder found in most micro homes! Plans for the house are currently on sale for £75/$116.
