<p><a href="http://www.pierssaxbycandy.com/index.htm" target="_blank">Piers Saxby Candy</a>, a Brighton-based designer, hand crafted his <a href="http://www.pierssaxbycandy.com/page7.htm" target="_blank">Jelly Desk Lamp</a> and <a href="http://www.pierssaxbycandy.com/page10.htm" target="_blank">Jelly Table Lamp</a> with using oak wood for the stand and cast an original 1930s copper jelly mold for the shade. <a href="http://www.pierssaxbycandy.com/index.htm" target="_blank">Candy</a> specializes in traditional lighting with an architectural twist using metalwork techniques to handcraft bespoke pieces. Sourcing salvaged wood and lead locally from antique shops and old factories, he makes everything by hand to preserve the natural state of the materials.</p>
