The B-House is a modern home by MODO Architecture & Interiors with style that is as minimal as its footprint. Adaptable to many diffrerent climate situations, the B-House is designed with energy efficiency in mind and comes in three different models that can be customized for their unique locations: the B-Compact, the B-Open and the B-Wall. Each home incorporates a modular structural system, which both reduces cost and construction time in comparison to conventional concrete structures. Prices range from €105.000 to €144.000, which is pretty reasonable considering the price of other modern house alternatives of the same size and quality.

An interesting and compact design, but it wastes space with a hallway. Attach the bedrooms and other rooms directly to the main room (living room) for less wasted space.
