It can be hard to know exactly when and how to chill out when you’re becoming agitated and stressed, but Boston-based health device company Neumitra has developed a device that just might help you out. The Bandu wristwatch tracks ones perspiration, respiration, and heart rate through a mobile device, and alerts wearers when they need to take a chill pill. Not only that, but the simple, colorful watch offers tips to help out, such as “take 5 deep breaths”, “play a song,” or call a loved one.
