Gallery: Bastian Hoeges’ Family of Stools Is a Sustainable Set of Wool ...

The creative mind behind this family of stools, Hoeges made the trio from natural materials such as wood and wool, forming green pieces of furniture for all the family.

One big, one small, and one just right, German designer Bastian HoegesFamily of Stools is a set of earthy creations that take inspiration from the classic tale of Goldilocks. Hoeges‘ pieces are built from natural materials, such as wood and wool, and when put together, the trio of seats create an enchanting aesthetic that will meld perfectly with any home.

Dubbed Dita, Peta & Ana, the stools are not only different in height, but in the volume of their seats. The interior padding has been covered in wool making each one completely unique. While the seats look comfy and springy, the frames are sturdy and solidly made from oiled beechwood.
