It looks like a chrome plated hernia. If your dog had a tumor like this the vet would just shake his head and put him to sleep. Irony aside the design of this new building follows the behavior patterns of cancer, invade and destroy the original host organism. It's window configuration reminds me of cheese grater assembled in China by blind orphans the arbitrary placement of windows so pathetic, it follows the practice of a dartboard.....throw a window and hope it lands.
