		<description>Any High Speed Rail (HSR) systems may be the most popular as stated in this article, however, this system is already dated, limited in speed, exposed to the elements, costly to build, operate and maintain, and not structured to expand internationally. 

The only project addressing all of these points is the ET3 Aqua=Terra Planetary Transportation and Infrastructure Project.
