		<description>Hey congratulations on your new start up and a special honor for use of the partial-chemex-3-cup-pour-over-bar thing!  That is fantastic.  My version does not cut up the glass brewer, but I had not envisioned transporting it by bicycle either.  Truly inspired!</description>
