Floating Boat Garden" title="Floating Boat Garden, green design, recycled materials, recycled boat, floating garden, sustainable design, eco design, lincoln park

When a boat’s usefulness dies, why not give it a new life? This floating garden can be seen in Chicago’s Lincoln Park, and is a wonderful example of recycled art. The retired lifeguard boat is a seventeen-foot Boston Whaler that is secured by three concrete block anchors, and has been planted with a colorful array of vegetation of all kinds.
