Forget the futons and canopy beds, here’s a sweet new space-saving bed [4] that takes dreaming to new heights. A DIY design by blogger mom Juli of The Slow Life [5], this whimsical construction was inspired by photos Juli saw of a treehouse [6]built indoors. With a handful of borrowed powered tools and a whole lot of spirit, Juli drafted up treehouse plans and got to work building the treehouse for her young daughter all on her own.
