As more e-readers [4] come onto the scene, this is the first time in history where actual, physical books might be in danger of extinction. Exploiting this prospect, Erdem Designs [5] attempts to turn the parts of books – pages, covers and spines – into sculpturesque icons by compiling them into this radiant Book Lamp. Each lamp is unique and handmade and can be custom made based on the users’ interests.
