		<description>The tower is held in place using guy wires like really tall broadcast towers in the Midwest United States (because they have no mountains to bounce signals off of geographically higher towers) so it&#039;s not freestanding and has no foundation. Technically you could build the tower to any height. Real towers stand on their own like any highrise building.</description>
