I purchased a Ginkgo umbrella well over a year ago now – and yet I still don’t have one. Why? Because they had a flaw in production that made it so when you opened them, they BROKE. So when I reported the problem they said they would ship another… but I have spoken with Federico Venturi many times over email and he promises me they will ship me another, yet they never have. I asked for a refund and it was refused, saying if he did it for me he would have to do it for everyone… This has been one of the worst experiences I have had for a crowd sourced invention I have ever backed. never again with this company. (Will update if they ever actually hold to their word)
