That would make better housing, cheaper housing, easier built housing, faster built housing, and less environmentally destructive housing than any current housing industry. Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science is the future of our species and the only way we can become wildly more prosperous on a global scale while also becoming eco-harmonious so the ecology can also flourish. Is this not the goal that Buckminster Fuller started out to accomplish, knowing he would not see the end result of it? Since when did responsible practical design become 'Utopian'? Something to consider!
