OMG! what are people doing when they shave??? I use less than 5 litres each time - I fill up a bucket from the hot tap until it runs warm(then use the water to refill the toilet cistern after flushing - so you don't waste 10 litres or whatever running the tap till it gets warm)then use warm water to shave - and use a PLUG so you don't need to have the tap running all the time. 5 Gallons per shave? Your supposed to turn the water off when you shave, brush your teeth, etc. How much water does it really take. I shave the second I get out of the shower. I don't need lather, shaving cream, or aftershave. Splash your face in cold water, no razor burn. Screw that.
