Scratch that. It looks more like a prison, thanks in part to that array of slotted windows, it's blank expressionless facade, street signs, jersey barriers and fencing. Compared to the buildings next it and the one behind it which are beautiful. After all I suppose, what better way to deter crime than to be incarcerated here.
