While I'm glad that we are trying to do something, I'm disappointed that we are doing the wrong thing. This system is not what we were promised. It's far more expensive than we were told. It's not nearly as efficient as we were led to believe. It isn't even close to as fast as we were assured. The hype was a lie, and I'm sad that Inhabitat has believed the obvious fabrication. This system will sit unused. It will not solve our horrendous lack of mass transit. We need a fast, efficient, mass transit system, but this isn't it. Now, I just have to hope that California goes bankrupt before to much work can be done on this idiotic idea. I will vote no on the tax increase in the hope that we will go bankrupt.
