I like this car share idea. 90 percent of cars in America today are parked at any given time of the day. This would work well to have fewer cars in the city if the vehicles are being exchanged to others throughout the whole day. And at 25 cents a passenger mile is cheaper than transit. However how will the system work for people with physical disabilities.
