Casa del Agua is a new artisan bar concept in Mexico City where you can go for a drink of rainwater! The water is served in specially-designed and reusable glass bottles, and it’s harvested and filtered on-site. The sleek space in the Mexican capital was designed by Hector Esrawe and Ignacio Cadena who followed the brand’s principles: transparency, good quality and timeless design.

The water served at Casa del Agua meets the highest possible purification standard, going through a process of triple filtration, evaporation and condensation that makes it pure and perfect to drink. Then it is rematerialized and ionized, increasing its alkaline and antioxidant properties. A lovely concept that makes good use of the most valuable natural resource, we’re thirsty for more ideas like this.
