In what may be the most adorable exhibit in the history of art, Claude Ponti‘s Sleeping Bird Topiary can be seen by those lucky people living in or visiting Nantes, France. Located in the city’s botanical garden, Jardin des Plantes, the French artist’s exhibition features one very adorable gigantic baby bird quietly napping on the lawn.

The large topiary titled Poussin endormi (Sleepy Chick) is artfully crafted out of lots of greenery and various metal accessories that make up the bird’s long legs, bright yellow beak and itsy-bitsy eyelashes.

Ponti’s Sleepy Chick topiary is part of a larger exhibition and will be on display until 20 October, 2014.
