Colored Pencil Shelf Adds a Burst of Brightness to Any Room

Designer Dominic Wilcox [2] has created an awesome shelf [3] made entirely of colored pencils. He glued all of the pencils together in two rows to create a surprisingly sturdy surface, and even the brackets that hold the shelf up are cool – they were made by cutting a single pencil case into two parts allowing the sliding doors to hide the screws.
