I paid more than that for my crappy 1-800-mattress. This price would be a good deal for a place like IKEA, which cranks out cheap mass-produced goods ? for a shop like Design Within Reach, where most of the furniture is in the many thousand dollar range, i think "a steal" is an apt description. Put it this way - its the first thing I have considered buying from DWR. When you make your convertible mattress / chair / table for under 50$ let me know! I would love to buy one!
