Crazy Water Capsule Concept Could Keep Flooding Victims Dry and Comfortable

Once transported to the floating capsule via a hot air dirigible, flood victims (albeit probably the most privileged of them) are instantly immersed in a futuristic setting. It’s not an especially large space, but it does have all of the necessary amenities including reverse osmosis technology that makes salt water potable as well as gray water recycling . This crazy-looking capsule gets its energy from the sun and air, which we hope are resources that will never run out.
