Crazy Water Capsule Concept Could Keep Flooding Victims Dry and Comfortable

Once transported to the floating capsule via a hot air dirigible, flood victims (albeit probably the most privileged of them) are instantly immersed in a futuristic setting. It’s not an especially large space, but it does have all of the necessary amenities including reverse osmosis technology [2] that makes salt water potable as well asĀ gray water recycling [3]. This crazy-looking capsule gets its energy from the sun and air, which we hope are resources that will never run out.
