The building will be eligible for silver LEED certification

Ryerson University recently unveiled the glittering new learning center design envisioned by the dynamic architectural team of Zeidler Partnership Architects and Snøhetta. As part of the university’s grand plan to make learning a living, breathing, and urban-integrated experience, the 155,463 square foot learning center will host destination retail on Toronto’s vibrant Yonge Street frontage at and below grade. More than just a pretty face though, the sparkling eight storey building will also meet the requirements for silver LEED certification by incorporating a host of sustainable building techniques
