Oh that's right because the vehicles we have such as current hybrids and electric cars don't meet their imaginary level of excellence. I say the private sector pay for all this "research" and make the money back plus profit selling us their products. Privitization gives us alot of options and choice. If the government does it we may not like the product they may want to distribute. Why is the govenment financing this “green vehicle development”?
