Both groups and individuals can participate, and registration is free. Entries will be judged based on the criteria of resourcefulness, replicability, beauty, community response, and adaptability. A $6,000 cash prize pool will be distributed among the winners. The deadline for submissions is Friday, July 15, 2016 at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
