Submit Your Designs to the 2014 Taipei Tech [Occupation] International Student Architecture Competition!November 10th, 2014

National Taipei University of Technology, National Taipei University of Technology competition, occupation, occupation competition, sustainable competition, architecture competition, student competition,

The Department of Architecture at the National Taipei University of Technology just announced this year’s international architecture student competition with a $2,000 first place prize up for grabs! This year, the competition tackles the concept of “occupation.” All kinds of occupation take place worldwide, however, the elasticity of the term allows for many interpretations, from the occupation of public space to private space, legal to illegal occupation, to even military occupation or political occupation. While participants are free to choose their definition of occupation, the final creative proposal must include a sustainable agenda and focus on a real-life site. Registration for the event ends November 10, 2014.
