It’s tough a life for a design student nowadays, with climbing tuition fees and expensive lab fees to consider. To help out the next generation of creatives, Nemetschek Vectorworks launched the 2015 Vectorworks Design Scholarship with awards of up to $10,000. There are two levels to the scholarship: a first round with multiple $3,000 prizes followed by the $7,000 Richard Diehl Design Award. The winners from round one will be eligible to compete for the second round grand prize. The international competition requires students to submit their best work online and answer three short questions by August 31, 2015.

AWARD/PRIZE

ROUND ONE:

$3,000 USD for tuition, fees, housing, textbooks, studying abroad, conference fees, or other educational purposes

Free Vectorworks design software for your school’s lab

Free virtual or in-person training for faculty and students

ROUND TWO:

$7,000 USD for tuition, fees, housing, textbooks, studying abroad, conference fees, or other educational purposes

Exposure in industry publications, press releases, etc.

Benefits for you and your school such as Vectorworks lab licenses and training provided by a Vectorworks expert, and more!

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

If you are enrolled, or accepted for enrollment, for six or more credits in a design-based program, or graduate from a design-based program in 2015, then you are eligible to apply.
