How to Make a Terrarium Ornament

MATERIALS:

- Moss, plants and/or twigs small enough to fit into your terrarium ornament - Some soil - Tweezers - Reusable glass ornament orb - A ribbon (we used one from an old gift box) - A chain or string (we used an old bracelet) - (optional) Figurines or other fun tsotchkes to place inside your ornament

Good question. After all, you don’t want to have to keep cleaning out dead plants and replacing them, right? All of my mini terrariums have continued to thrive, but I guess it really depends on how hardy the plants are and what kinds of conditions you have in your home. Will the terrarium continue to thrive, or will it eventually die? What could someone do to help it thrive longer in the event that it does die?
