Dogchitecture showcases an amazing array of canine-friendly shelters. Specially created for the exhibition, the tiny houses were envisioned by cutting edge Mexican studios including Productora, Rojkind Arquitectos, BNKR and A-001. Far from the average wooden or plastic shelters stocked by pet shops, these wonderful creations were custom-made for different breeds out of assorted materials.

The projects range from flat-pack, recycled and origami-inspired designs to sculptural shelters that integrate plants. Mexico´s first canine architecture show is currently on display at DF´s Polyforum Siqueiros and it will tour around the country soon.

We’re happy to see designers working to make animals happier – now we’d like to see some Catchitecture please!
