Eco-Traveler Boaz Frankel Uses 101 Modes of Green Transportation to Cross the U.S.

Eco-traveler Boaz Frankel knows more than one way to travel green. In fact, he will be using 101 different modes of transport to cross the U.S. in a new Halogen TV show called The Un-Road Trip, which launched on Earth Day and will run 10 episodes. Frankel will use everything but a gas-powered car to reach his destination, whether that means traveling by horse, pogo stick, crop duster, or hang glider to go the 12,000 mile distance.

Along the way Frankel meets inventors, government leaders, and entrepreneurs who talk to him about his quest for alternative, sustainable transportation as he crosses the country without driving a car.
