My idea (hereby published and protected) is — and it works — to create forms for cobb blocks that have the mass-producted characteristics of legos. They are better than brick, with greater insulative value and thermal mass. Because they are much larger than bricks, and are cast with built in receptacles for other bricks and supports, they also provide strength and flexibility of construction. I especially enjoy working with them in my large, multi-material home (part cobb, straw bale, natural wood, pallet, and glass) that is currently under constructino on a Virginia hilltop.

This is awesome. I want to build one of these.. I posted this exact idea on half bakery in 2004 , and it aired on American Inventor in 2007.
