EcoTopia: New Concepts in Green Product Design

Opening Monday, March 15th in Long Beach, CA, EcoTopia is a competition and exhibition highlighting new concepts in green product design. The show will feature a variety of eco-products from designers that are all focused on fostering a healthy ecosystem and more sustainable society. The 20 products included in the juried exhibition will be available for viewing in Nectar Design’s Studios from March 15, 2010 to April 15, 2010.

”Although we expected to receive some very good ideas, we are delighted with the quality and level of innovation that we’ve seen in EcoTopia submissions,” said Nectar Senior Design Yutaka Kazamaki. “We think that underlines the fact that both good design and sustainability are now truly global matters. We at Nectar are very happy to be a part of that.”

The opening will be on March 15 from 7-10pm at Nectar Design Studios, 1332 Gladdys Ave, Long Beach, CA.
