		<description>That coastal reservoir would probably be a nice place to put an aquaculture facility. The need for that reservoir to be a certain height above the ocean (as high as the pumps can send it, it looks like) suggests that places which aren&#039;t useful for tourism or shipping would actually be ideal.</description>
