From environmental crimes caused by toxic pollution [2] to the mounting human cost of cheap fashion [3], 2012 featured some serious lowlights. Over at Ecouterre, we’ve rounded up seven stories we’d sooner forget ever happened, beginning with the factory fire in Bangladesh [4] that claimed the lives of at least 112 garment workers in November (pictured above).
